Who we are. She Shuffles is run from Wales, UK. You can reach us at hello@sheshuffles.com. This note explains what personal information we collect and how we use it.
If you join our list, we collect your email address (and first name, if you give it) so we can email you about She Shuffles. The lawful basis is your consent, given when you submit the form. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, and we will remove you promptly.
The Draw the Cards tool runs entirely in your browser. Your questions and readings are never sent to us or stored by us; they exist only on your device, only while the page is open.
If you become a member, payments are handled by Stripe, who process your card details under their own privacy policy; we never see your full card number. We keep your name, email, and membership status for as long as you are a member, and for up to 24 months afterwards for our records.
Our member community runs on WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta under its own terms and privacy policy. Joining the community is optional.
Only the services that make She Shuffles work: Netlify (hosts this website and receives form submissions), MailerLite (sends our emails), Stripe (processes payments), Meta/WhatsApp (the community), and Google (Meet, for live circles). We never sell your information.
This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies.
Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw your consent, by emailing hello@sheshuffles.com. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
She Shuffles treats tarot as a tool for reflection and self-discovery. The cards act like mirrors: they help you look at your own situation from new angles and connect with your own judgement. They do not predict the future.
Nothing in our readings, materials, sessions, or community is a substitute for professional advice. She Shuffles does not provide medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice. If you are facing a health concern, a mental health difficulty, or a significant legal or financial decision, please speak to a qualified professional such as a GP, therapist, solicitor, or financial adviser. If you are in crisis, contact your GP, NHS 111, or the Samaritans on 116 123 (free, 24 hours).
Any decisions you make remain your own. Our members use the cards to reflect on their choices, not to have choices made for them, and we encourage that framing in everything we do.
Membership is open to women aged 18 and over.
